What happens after the judge lifts my Bankruptcy stay??

Lots of homeowners are told by some that bankruptcy is the only way to stop their Foreclosure Sale once they recieve the Notice Of Sale on their door. This is not entirley true. I would hope that homeowners want to reach out to someone for advise or help regarding their Foreclosure Sale! Trustee Verification Delay Services can buy you time and leave you in much better shape than going the bankruptcy route to stalling your sale. I believe that the bank paid trustee is not giving equal say or voice to the homeowner. Delaying the auction of homes and seeking a better remedy to the mortgage crisis should be paramount, but that is not what is happening. Our government should be doing more with judicial over site during the foreclosure process for both sides of the fence, but that is not happening yet also. I believe anyone with a little more time will almost always make a better decision. My thought is buy the time and move when you are ready and not when the bank tells you too.
